Demira Property was founded in 2012 with a clear mission: to bring transparency, professionalism, and genuine care to Lagos's real estate market. In a city where property transactions can be opaque, stressful, and risky, we set out to do things differently — and twelve years later, that commitment defines everything we do.
We started with a single office in Lekki Phase 1 and a team of three. Today, we're a full-service agency with a team of 15 property professionals, a portfolio spanning Lagos's most prestigious neighborhoods, and over ₦50 billion in completed transactions. But growth has never been our goal — trust has.
